Schedule: for "The Great Chili Challenge" located at 6639 Sooke Rd.

Event from setup to clean up. Set up on Saturday morning

*6:00AM. Till 8:00AM. on the sight across from the Evergreen Center

*8:15AM - 8:30AM - Team and Cooks Meeting & Introduce any VIP's

*9:00AM. Official Start Cooking time

*10:00AM. First band or entertainer -

*11:00AM. Second band or entertainer -

*12:00 Noon one hour warning for finish cooking time

*1:00PM. Finish Cooking and taste testing starts till 3:00 PM

*3:00PM. Finish Tasting Time and what ever Band wants it Play till the winners are anounced
