Set up on Saturday morning from
*6:00AM. Till 8:00AM. in the parking lot of the Sooke Legion
*8:15AM - 8:30AM - Team and Cooks Meeting & Introduce any VIP's
*9:00AM. Official Start Cooking time
First band or entertainer
Second band or entertainer
*12:00 Noon one hour warning for finish cooking time
Third band or entertainer
*1:00PM. Finish Cooking and taste testing starts till 3:00 PM
Open Mic. Jam Session or featured entertainer
*3:00PM. Count the votes and declare the winners
Clean-Up and time for a beverage in the Legion
